A collector of my work had his house burned to the ground his bronze sculpture survived.

A collector of my work had his house burned to the ground. He said the only thing that survived were my bronze sculptures. They will need new wood bases and re patina other than that they will be good as new. That is the great thing about bronze it is so strong and durable. Bronze is poured at 2100 degrees and will survive a house fire here is the proof.

‘’THE MESSENGER ''

I just finished my clay maquette ‘’THE MESSENGER   for my monument of John W. Smith for San Antonio ,TX. he is the last messenger sent from the Alamo by Travis Austin in 1836. He rode out to get reinforcements. The monumental bronze will be 12.5 feet in height and place on the Alamo Sculpture Trail, which would include 14 bronze sculptures, placed between the Alamo and the Briscoe Western Art Museum.   chrisnavarro.com
